Ableton Live setup directions

1. Start the dashMIDI Pro Server
2. Start the dashMIDI Pro app on your iPad
3. Start your music application (Propellerhead Reason, Ableton Live, etc.) and load your project.
4. Go to the preferences menu of Record/Reason and go to Keyboard/Control Surfaces.
5. Click "Sync" and "Remote" for your iPad's MIDI input interface
6. Exit preferences
7. Click the "MIDI" button at the top right of the Ableton Live window to enter MIDI Mapping mode
8. Click the control you want to map in the Ableton Live window
9. Tap the control you are mapping on your iPad
10. Repeat the above 2 steps for your other controls
11. Click the "MIDI" button at the top right of the Ableton Live window to exit MIDI Mapping mode
